I loved the course, However, when it came to doing the modules in trailhead, it took almost 48 hours for coursa to recognize they were complete.. I wish that was a little easier.

This was a very useful and informative course for anyone interested in learning the basics of CRM principles. The reading materials are interesting and well-presented. The course has very informative slides that you can download or copy for your own personal notes. I have taken many courses on Coursera and often find that note-taking is a difficult task. This course spent time preparing the learning materials and they are worthy of keeping for future reference. Once the course introduces the Trailhead learning platform, the course changes quite a bit, as you are now completing SalesForce learning modules and veriying your badges into the Coursera course. The Trailhead platform is robust, so I expect the additional classes in this specialization to become increasingly more difficult.

Overall, solid course as an entry point into what a CRM is - I was able to churn through quickly and found the introduction to the Trailhead to be quite helpful. I hope that future courses in this series will surface Trailhead activities as foundational learning opportunities.
