Such an amazing course, but the reason why I give it only 4, is because it's too much reading instead of video lectures that make it easier to understand and easier to focus and not get distracted. I hope the next courses are not gonna be the same in this certificate.

A good introduction to CRM and Salesforce and a good way to understand the people involved in the Sales process and the benefits of a CRM for mangaing your lead, contacts and accounts and feeding your sales pipeline.

I loved the course, However, when it came to doing the modules in trailhead, it took almost 48 hours for coursa to recognize they were complete.. I wish that was a little easier.

it was good, learned a lotsof things as a beginner. Trailhead should make more interactive videos with salesforce.

Had some problems completing the tasks with Trailblazers so if that was fixed, it would be Five Stars.
