I especially appreciated how the course combined theory with practical tasks, making complex topics more accessible and applicable. Overall, this certification strengthened my technical knowledge and boosted my ability to support users, resolve IT issues, and understand secure networking practices. I highly recommend it to anyone starting a career in IT support.

Gave excellent knowledge in regards to IT basics in addition to much more, my main problem in this course were with some MCQ questions that had several outcomes yet they were only few who were recognized to be true. Regardless, great knowledge learned!

This was an excellent course, especially because the platform allowed me to learn at my own pace. It was great for revisiting previous studies and picking up new techniques. Highly recommended for anyone looking to strengthen their IT support skills.
