I found the last quiz impossible to pass. I finally got lucky and barley passed on attempt 16 with guessing 1 out of 91 other options to a test item.

The structure needs to be changed. Too many lists of 10 things. 10 things of pitfalls, checklist, another 10 of why negotiations fail, a list of 5 for happy ending, a list of 9 why they go out of their mandate, 8 bargaining tactics, 10 effective negotiating sequence, 10 principles of first things first, power balance another list of 10. It all gets very confusing.

While the content is very interesting, the payment conditions of the course were not clear to me. It is monthly payment. Do not forget to end it otherwise you could pay this Mooc a bit expensive for what it is. Best regards

The test questions don't match up to the material in the videos. Some help after the test that you failed 3 times would be nice. Review of not just you got it wrong but what video do you go back to for review of the material.

This was a joke, the idea of asking an opinion question and constantly getting it wrong? and after so many failures it should help point you to the correct module, cant find your way out of the drk if you're deaf and blind
