I really enjoyed the course and it taught me a lot. However, I experienced some technical issues: a few videos were lagging and sometimes the multiple-choice quizzes did not register my answers correctly. As a result the system showed me mistakes even though I had selected the correct answers.

Excellent communication course. It provides a base foundation and understanding to apply in the work space or in interactions with friends and family .
