I enjoyed the videos and the meditations. I have not enjoyed peer graded assignments in previous classes and so chose not to to any of these and thus I won't officially complete the course.

the concept of mindfulness has been beautifully explained with the contents provided (video and reading material). It can be assimilated by people at a different level of knowledge as well..
