This course taught me a lot about the components of food! Processed and non-processed food which was the best food of all. I will be happy to spread this healthy dietary ways to my family and friends!

This is an excellent course. Very precise and very informative. This course has changes my way of looking at food. I now treat food as "FOOD" comprising taste, health and nutrition.

Great way to understand some basics! The only thing to have in mind is that it's US based info, so you will have to research more about your culture and your society. But it's good.

Very short and basic. Feels more like a series of Youtube videos. You can complete it in one day :D
What I got out of it is: "Eat food. Not in large quantities. Mostly plant based"
