While some parts were not fully elaborated on I mostly found the course to be insightful with relevant experiences that I could relate to.

I had some problems with the lucidchart, but this course is really good if you want to undersatnd how you can manage business processes

It was a good refresher for me. I found that some of the example charts needed to have a clearer display. Some were a bit fuzzy.

Good example and practice for me to follow this, but the screen to watch the Lucidchart is too small which is hard for me to read
