It sounds like a made-up accent that combines a bunch of English accents and generates an AI speaker who can't say /th/ at the end of words, /v/ in the middle of words, the word "register", and a number of other things that make comprehending him difficult. The slides have a number of typos on them, and the tests are poorly written, have terms that were not discussed, and seem to lack psychometric validity. This was the least well-developed course of the series thus far and needs some revision by a course designer.
