it really enhance my knowledge

This is a very good class until you get to the very end where you have to wait for other students to rate your paper. This is ridiculous. Instead of passing a test to complete the class, you are at the mercy of others, hoping your paper will be chosen to be reviewed in order to achieve class completion, it seems incredibly random. I need a completion certificate in order to be refunded from my work, but now I have no idea when or if that might ever happen. This is the second Coursera class I've taken through work, but it's the first time I've run into this problem. I work for a government contractor, we have close to 1000 employees, and I can tell you on no uncertain terms I'll be telling our training team to steer our coworkers away from this site so they too don't run into this problem.
