Introduction to BA along with all four modules, really helped me understand the basic skills, techniques, and tools required for a Business Analyst role. As a beginner in this course, it gave me a strong starting point and a clear idea of how Business Analysis works and how I need to develop my skills to work effectively as a Business Analyst.

Sound delivery of concepts that need to be understood. My only thought was that there needed to be more introduction to the technical skillsets needed (Which i'm sure will come later in the course but I would value it in the introduction as well.)

I have learnt a new aspects of Business Analyst through Coursera. Thank you for giving such an insight and hand-on experience on software like JIRA, LucidChart, MS Excel, Confluence.

This was my first course here on Coursera. I was not absolutely happy about it. I couldn't agree more with the review from Devin C saying that some activities were so easy it was almost silly, but I really didn't feel prepared for the final project after all the modules. I would say there was too much theory and not enough practice. Sometimes I had problems keeping my attention, as some parts were very theoretical and vague. I was hoping for a better introduction to BA.
