In my opinion, the importance of mentoring should be de-emphasized. In practice, it's often overdone. It's more of an approach than a methodology. Overall, the course helped refresh my knowledge and re-emphasize the essence of why we work.

Overall, a nice experience-- I'd recommend this course. In the meantime, the course can be more rigorous to be even better.
