I recently completed the course anxiety and related disorders focused and understanding and managing anxiety and it was a genuinely valuable experience.

It is a very comprehensive course, covering all areas of anxiety-related disorders, from the most basic concepts to their pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment. I recommend it.
