The lessons can sometimes be boring and some contents don't have subtitles in English. Include visualization and metaphors in your lessons so it's easy to understand.

It was nice reminder of basic stuff - what is USB, what is internet browser. Then you get a lab that teaches to create folders. Made me wonder how were students able to provide .pdf's for peer gtraded labs. :D After that - glued together material from various sources about cloud computing that was hard to follow and felt like could be explained easier. Might be that I'm just not that competent in this field.

Basically a hodgepodge of videos from various sources/courses and so it lacks a consistent, coherent narrative. Also, most of the videos sound like a robotic voice reading a (AI-generated?) transcript with infographic slides attempting to match the narration. This isn't how you teach, it isn't like a course you would take in a university with a knowledgable, well-prepared professor. Instead, it is how you push out a low-quality course as fast as possible to collect a paycheck. I would expect more from IBM. Apparently most of their Coursera courses are like this. Tsk, tsk.

I have 30 years of experience in IT, so I know by heart most of the stuff, which should have been taught in this course. I had to pass it to continue the Business Analysis track. From what I see from the graded questionnaires and the final exam, a lot of topics are utterly useless: who cares what's the difference between WWAN and WLAN? What is the use of knowledge about XX century classification of computers? And so on. Folks, you need to revise this course to make it useful.
