The bioinformatics course was well-designed, and the instructor presented the topics in a clear, engaging, and structured manner. Module 4 was by far the most challenging part of the course. The programming exercises were highly effective and could be worked on alongside the video lessons, which I recommend doing with two screens for better efficiency. While I found the tasks to be quite demanding, this made the entire process take significantly longer, but it also ensured that the concepts stuck with me. My personal highlight was successfully completing Module 4, which focused on data preprocessing, visualization, and analysis of single-cell transcriptomics using Python. This part of the course was particularly intense and required a lot of patience, but it made the experience all the more rewarding and enjoyable to push through. There are some terms that maybe a begineer wouldnt understand, but good guidance and helpful, good recommendations and excelent use of real data for the practice tasks. I would recommend this course to my pals. THANKS

The course is a well introduction of R and Python, and the last part, analyzing real RNA-seq data is nice an useful to introduce someone who has never done it. However, I have a problem for almost a month, I send them to the Staff, and also to coursera, that I have a problem with ONE assignment, where I have a 100% in all of them except one that is corrupted and only someone from the staff can solve it. I have send a lot of messages and no answer. Sorry but a course, that you spend around 50€, they should at least in a week solve this silly problems. I am still waiting for my problem to be solved...
