The instructor presented the content in an incredibly clear and understandable way, even for someone new to the topic like myself. Their explanations were simple yet thorough, efficiently breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-grasp concepts.

Each part of the lesson built nicely upon the last in a logical flow that allowed me to steadily learn and absorb the material. The instructor elegantly wove compelling examples throughout every stage of the lesson to elucidate the main points. These examples always tied directly back to the core concepts, helping to crystallize my understanding.

I appreciated that the instructor tailored the depth and pace of the lesson appropriately for beginners. At no point did I feel lost or left behind. Wonderful course introducing rights-based climate mitigation and the considerable effects it can have on the future of climate justice. Very informative and concise, the readings were well picked supplements and the cases brought up were very recent and interesting. Highly recommend.

Interesting course that highlights the need of strategic determination of a case when brought before a court of law. Considering what there is to learn and to acquire during the various phases of a legal dispute can be very valuable for future litigation.

I have learned valuable information about climate change and laws. However some links were broken so i couldn't reach them. The person who speaking in the video's accent was a little hard to understand so i needed to check the subtitles.

Good overview. Many of the details will come from the detailed papers cited. Would be nice to have more videos showing opposing point of views from fossil fuel companies and governments specific to the litigations.
