This specialization is a three-course learning pathway that teaches the use of predictive analytics to improve healthcare outcomes.
The first course addresses reducing patient falls and improving safety through the Profile of Caring® framework. The second course delves into forecasting patient experiences beyond satisfaction scores, reducing hospital stay lengths, and identifying risk profiles for early heart failure readmissions. The final course explores international research on nurse job satisfaction, applying models globally, and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivery models across regions.
