You’ll also complete a final capstone project where you’ll work through the process of solving a fictional business problem as a program manager. The project will include:
Practicing a real-world scenario program management interview to work within a Program Management Office (PMO). The job interview offers a different perspective and provides insight into an organization’s or PMO’s hiring need.
To round off your learning, you’ll take a mock exam that has been set up in a similar style to help you prepare for any associated certifications such as the PgMP (Program Management Professional) from PMI, or the MSP (Managing Successful Programs) Practitioner from AXELOS, that you may want to pursue.
