With an emphasis on identifying common misalignments and related trigger-point patterns, learners explore how proper setup and mindful engagement can reduce strain, improve confidence, and create a strong base for movement.

This module builds functional balance through standing postures that challenge coordination, alignment, and proprioception. Learners discover how instability and overcompensation in balance work can reveal muscular imbalances and trigger-point involvement—particularly in the feet, hips, and core. This final exam is designed to assess your understanding of the key concepts presented throughout the course. Please review all video lessons and written materials before beginning. A passing score of 70% or higher is required to successfully complete the course and earn your CE certificate. You may reference your notes during the exam.
