I enjoyed the course and Prof Kahn materials are highly relevant and insightful. there are case studies presented but i hoped there were strategies or in depth techniques to Retail marketing as well

COVID and brand lessons are half political (the branding lessons are basically a lesson on how to lose money with cause marketing, with incoherent justifications) half useful material, but overall this course was strong and the Kahn retail success matrix is an excellent framework.
