This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class! Professor Santos is very relatable and personable and did a great job in conveying the many facets of well-being. I can honestly say that I have put into practice a number of the things I have learned from her. Truly a worthwhile experience!

This course was perfectly timed with my own desire to start some new positive habits AND the sudden and unexpected global pandemic. Thank Goodness this course, and Dr. Santos, were there for me! I feel I've gained so much from my time invested, and I am deeply appreciative.

A course that is not too hard on your commitment, (about 2 hours minimum in the week) but rich in structure and supporting research. I spent an hour or so more to go through the related research and videos and that gave me good reinforcement on the concepts taught. Thank you.

I will definitely refer this course to anyone who is seeking their happiness. It serves as an eye-opener to me and might as well I believed that it will also give light to anyone who is seeking to know more about life and the purpose of it that rarely seen by anyone nowadays.

If you are willing to put in the work, this course can be life-changing. I think we all know what truly leads to happiness, but the data shown in this course brings about a real "aha" moment. It's definitely a course that will stay with me for life. And I'm better for it!

Dr. Santos is warm and engaging and made the course material relevant to her students' lives. I knew many of the strategies she presented from years of working with a therapist but learning the "why" and "how" behind many of them was satisfying and deepened by understanding.

I definitely recommend this course for anyone looking to improve the quality of their lives! Through dedicated hard work, I was able to increase the overall happiness in my life and I also received the tools to achieve this! There is no greater investment than in yourself!

Perfectly structured, engaging and definitely something everyone would benefit from. Empirical data meets practical skills that everyone can implement in their life. I am thankful this course exists and hope that a lot of other people will benefit from it in the future, too.

I have loved completing the science of well-being. It sounded like it was going to be repetitive as far as taking care of yourself. However, I was able to actually practice the exercises given and build daily habits. I highly recommend this course for your own well-being!

I learned so much from this course that I will continue to use in the future. I had never heard of WOOP before and now I use this technique. I use the rewirement app to build my habits that will continue to lead me to happiness. The professor of this course was fantastic!!!!

I simply loved this course!!!! It changed my way of thinking and of behaving in many aspects of my life, I really will be eternally gratefully to Dr Santos for this great course! I'll keep listening to the podcasts of the happiness lab and I think I'll do the course again!!!

This is time very well spent, and the teacher is very engaging. I would recommend everyone to take this course, as it just shed new light on how we see things, and can only improve them. Loved it, and will very probably regularly get back to it so my brain can soak it all!!!

This is a fantastic course. It's so well structured, and the teacher, Lori Santos, has an approachable, memorable teaching style. The content of the class is perfectly balanced between science and application, and I benefitted a great deal from taking it. Highly recommended!

The Science of Well-Being course was really enjoyable. Not only did it open my eyes to certain behaviors, but I believe the practices that I am now putting into place more proactively will really improve my physical health and mental health. I highly recommend this course.

Loved the course. The delivery and format were very well done. The entire course and its content was new to me and I would not have expected any of it. The course has provided me with a lot of different tools I can use to improve my happiness and sustain new habits to do so.

Professor Santos is an amazing teacher. Her lectures made the content digestible and engaging and I can tell how much thought and research went into this course. I can already see how it's helping me move towards living the life I want and enjoy a better sense of well being.

Absolutely loved this course!!! Going to start at the beginning of the lectures again and start another 4 week challenge in one of the other rewirements that missed the cut when I chose my rewirement to focus on for completing the course. Thank you sooooo much Dr Laurie :)

The results for me were amazing. In starting this course, I was in isolation feeling depressed, lonely and discouraged. Through this journey it has been tough but so rewarding! I have seen tremendous improvement in myself and the ones around me because of what I have learned

What a great course! I took this during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it was a bright light during quarantine and especially at a time where one's well-being felt in a precarious place. The lectures were very interesting to me, and I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend it.

This was a very engaging and useful course. I believe that no matter who you are, you can apply concepts from Laurie's teachings to your own life. It is founded in scientific research, but it does not feel heavy and intellectual. The teachings are revelatory and fascinating.

Thanks for offering this class, especially during the covid-19 crisis. I know my happiness is much higher now due to focusing on the things I learned in this class. I have suggested to several friends and co-workers who seem to be struggling and hope it helps them as well.
