Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Absolutely amazing course with a large dose of science and practical exercises. The instructor is very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure for me to attend the course and listen to Laurie every week. :)

It was such a good course! I learned a lot about the science behind happiness and well-being. It confirmed some of my intuition and gave plenty of tools for increasing your own well-being/happiness.

When I started the course, I thought I was being imposed by the suggestions but when it continued, I felt blessed that I was introduced to such a thing! Kudos to the instructor!! Keep WOOPing guys!!

Thank you! It was enlightening. It was full packed with empirical studies. Very timely at this pandemic crisis wherein mode is survival. With gratitude and meditation, it helped pull things through.

The course was great! The absolute only problem was that the actual online part of it was a tiny bit hard to navigate. But Laurie Santos is awesome. Students at Yale are extremely lucky to have her.

I thought it was very well structured and supplemented. I enjoyed it during "stay at home orders" and found that it gave me a motivation to, every day, accomplish nurturing my Well-Being and learn.
