اكثر ما احببته بالدورة توثيق الدعم الفني سيناريوهات التعامل مع العملاء

I learned a lot about the numerical systems used in the computer and the gates. I also learned about the installation of the computer and its components and the systems operating it. I also learned about the Internet, networks, protocols, and their devices. I also learned to fix errors and document them. It was a very wonderful course.

It is a great honor to belong to this big family. I learned a lot in this good course, and I am happy to complete it well, and I hope to continue learning and acquiring more skills. I thank all the actors who contributed to the formation of these courses, the Google family, and the Coursera platform. All greetings and cordiality.
