A good course for beginners, but the information goes a bit quickly so either know the terminology or watch the video's twice.

This one has a lot of great information and really gives a good dive into SysAdmin life. I just wish it had been a bit longer.

Very informative , I still feel it needs just a little bit more hands on practice to get the feel of mastering these lessons.

a little hard, wish i had more people to people interactions rather than a recorded course. still very fun and informative.

Course design seems very specific and useful but it would have been more fruitful if there are more simulation lab sessions.

Improvement is required on the Quicklabs environment for windows. Also more detailed and practice work must be improve on.

Great course as Introduction to System Administration field, good focus on the concepts and the infrastructure technology.

So far, of the first four courses, this is the most difficult course in the Google IT Support Professional Certificate.

This course features video lessons packed full of technical information, combined with challenging quizzes, and labs.

It should have had more detailed explanation of the services especially in Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.

The course is well presented and easy to learn even for non-technical people. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Really good if you are mostly on-prem and use Microsoft products. Not a lot for an Apple fleet + remote team yet.

This was harder in a sense of a lot of infomration to take in, but the more quizzes I took, I think that helped.

This course is a grind. This is all the stuff programmers do without realizing that it is also a valuable skill.

This course is a little more difficult and cover a lot of information that is a little more difficult to retain.

I would have liked to see a more hands on approach to real world scenarios and how to solve them step by step.

I believe most of these techniques are good, but with more automation much of these task are no longer needed.

A lot of new information for me. Never went into networking this deep. Installing servers, etc. How exciting.
