Salesforce Einstein AI is Salesforce’s built-in artificial intelligence layer that delivers predictions, insights, and generative AI capabilities. Agentforce extends these capabilities by enabling intelligent agents that can respond to users, reason within defined scope, and perform approved Salesforce actions safely.

This course is ideal for Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, and technical professionals who want to understand how AI works inside Salesforce and how to design intelligent, enterprise-ready AI solutions using Einstein AI and Agentforce.

No prior AI or machine learning experience is required. The course focuses on practical concepts such as prompts, agent scope, and governance. A basic understanding of Salesforce concepts will be helpful but is not mandatory.

To access the course materials, assignments and to earn a Certificate, you will need to purchase the Certificate experience when you enroll in a course. You can try a Free Trial instead, or apply for Financial Aid. The course may offer 'Full Course, No Certificate' instead. This option lets you see all course materials, submit required assessments, and get a final grade. This also means that you will not be able to purchase a Certificate experience.
