This course was not easy, but very fulfilling to complete. I suggest that anyone wishing to complete this course must have decent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a good idea of algebra.

The six-sigma section was not even close to the quiz or final assignment questions that were asked. There was a huge disconnect between the content delivered and the expected learning. Six-sigma tools were sprinkled in, there should have been an exercise to practice these tools more delibratly.

I strongly believe that some of the week 2 quiz questions are marked wrong. So many people failed this quiz after multiple attempts and are confused and frustrated, as shown in the discussion forum. But, there has been no fix for years!

Not much specifics, and assignments are perfunctory. The Professor hasn't taught students the 6-Sigma but gives a capstone assignment involving selecting and performing your own 6-Sigma project.

I didn't like this course. There's no explanation given as to how the equations were derived at. Moreover, the excel functions are not returning the same values for combined lead time demand values. The course needs improvement. Looks like a lot of grading is done by peers, which is not ok. People are copy pasting from CHAT GPT

Great technical problems, no other fellow coursers to review your work, you just wait and wait, and you have to pay another term just to get a review and finish this course. Never seen any other course mentality like this. Not going to attend any other course with this mentality!

Information given is something that AI calls a possible typo. There is no way to reach out to the instructor. I'm not the only learner having trouble figuring out what EQQ is and that is because it is a typo and is probably suppose to be EOQ.
