Most of the course work was very informative, most I already knew as I was a Medical Assistant. The materials I actually wanted to learn which was advertised as being in this course are not. Here are the examples: Category: Health Information Management Category: Medical Billing and Coding Category: Practice Management Software In the courese info material it says you will gain knowledge but none of those things were in there, yet in the Grades Lesson questions about Encounter forms, NP's and PA's were asked even though it was never discussed. Another issue I had was answers were correct, but the system marked it wrong. I have not had this issue before with other Coursera x collaborations, I'm not sure if this is a MedCerts issue, but please address this.
