My goal is for you to feel happy, confident, and in control when trying to influence others - especially in a management role

The communication skills you will develop during this course will allow you to head into any interaction without stress or worry. You’ll become a master of the art of persuasion and learn a practical step-by-step process that can be applied throughout your life. This course takes Chris Croft’s engineer’s analytical perspective and applies it to influencing - so you’ll find plenty of structure and practical solutions and no unethical manipulation techniques.
First we’ll talk about what influencing actually is and why the traditional stick-and-carrot method just doesn’t work. Then we’ll look at the process of influencing, starting with what your objectives are, how to be liked, and how to explain what your problem is to the other person in a way that will get results, not conflict. We’ll discuss the four different types of people you will encounter and then we’ll take an in-depth look at how to adapt your techniques to deal with each of them effectively. The goal is to get a win-win result out of every situation.
Chris Croft is an international speaker, and widely published author, who's been teaching influencing for over 20 years. He's taught all over the world, as well as online, and has an entertaining and practical teaching style. This course is guaranteed to keep you engaged and amused, and teach you life-changing skills for home and work.

When will I have access to the lectures and assignments?
