Some of the features that showing in the videos does not work, some of the videos cutting up in the last five to ten seconds and I think if there would be a list after the Business Challenge if the person did the fastest and easiest way when doing anything, it would be very instructive. For example there are two ways to do putting link but the fastest way is choosing from the alingment above the paper.

Simple and easy to understand and use I gave 4 rating cause the last exercise was not well detailed like maybe a preview of how the final document looks will help the student understand more, thanks so much for the clear and precise manner of the course.

There was a feature I couldn't use (explore), so it was frustrating, otherwise easy to understand and follow.

Disappointed in the 1980's graphics - too difficult to follow and became annoying

It was way too easy

The learning format is awful. The only value are the few short clips where you see navigation through an actual document. The static pictures with narration are not enough to learn with. I'm very proficient with Word and have used it since it came out. Google Docs is going to be a challenge. I don't find it to be very intuitive. I will look for a learning option where the instructor is actually walking the the steps instead of just verbally telling you where to find things with limited detail.
