It is very interesting and I learn a lot but I had to google and learn a lot outside of this course in order to understand the videos. Also this course it has been created 10 years ago so it needs an update. Anyways, Professor Shiller is a genius. So insightful and makes you want to learn more!

+ A lot of material - There is no overarching structure, just disjoint topics - I found many explanations very confusing, he likes to chat and discuss big topics instead of clearly explaining concepts. Generally the more involved the topic, the more confusing the explanation

Irrrelevant stories between lessons, misstructured curriculum, basic definitions were not showned, complex math with no use from the beginning and sometimes the tests included criterias you coudn't remember you have learnt about.

I have to drop it.

The course is incomplete is certain areas and jumps around far too much. It seems to have been put together with snippets of the original course and leaves too many gaps.

Didn't really like the course, quite unengaging and many different deadlines that came up after week 1. It was a bit overwhelming and I didn't get much out of it either

This course doesn't provide the fundamental element and the basis of financial markets. It is a collection of novels about financial markets and istitution

I didn't get any certificate after my court were completed.i complete 2 of the courses in Coursera but I didn't receive any certificate

Professor seems to skip a lot of essential information and he is pretty hard to follow. Definitely an academic and not a instructor.

I find it interesting but feel disappointed that the quizzes seem unnecessarily difficult to pass right from the start!

The course is not very difficult, a little too easy. Not really up to Yale University reputation...

Good information about finance, but NOT a beginner course

As per my opinion this is course is not much effective

it's kinda boring as in the way professor's teaching

even the professor is well known , but the teaching skill is not professional ... first too many stutter which make the conversation hard to follow , always em em em em after every speech , the total of em is not normal , second the background is indeed professional but the professor keep walking back and forth with hand on both holding , eyes looking down , this kind of teaching is like talking to himself , not intended to any viewer ..... course is too abrupt , not continuity at all , suddenly talk about history then suddenly talk about other , then suddenly start calculation ...... wont recommend this course
