Horrible - AI grading does not work and wastes my time. After putting much time into the course to learn the concepts and apply them, AI says things are inaccurate and missing in my uploaded files even though Excel itself does not find these errors (spelling, duplicates, extra rows...). Now I cannot move forward to the next course and am wasting time trying to get help which I cannot seem to find (so common these days). No human help. It does not leave me with a good impression of Coursera. Also the AI voice in the videos is incredibly annoying. To learn pivot tables, had to watch videos outside the course. The examples in the course were not good ones - too much data and data I do not recognize, that is meaningless to me so looking at a pivot table for the first time, I could not make sense of it or see it's value.

Downloading the data has been exceptionally difficult. Unless I have a way of downloading the data, I will not be able to finish the 5th week. All of the down loads, none worked properly. I did work arounds to to get and work on the seven Labs.

Otherwise, if I wasn't trying to get get a certification, the information is very good. The labs are extremely difficult to download. Excel doesn't allow me to upload on the web. It has a download, which is only on this computer. I tried another computer, and some of it worked, but the last assignment, not at all.

I had an issue with a peer reviewed submission twice in this course. I was deliberately assigned a wrong grade while I should have passed.I had to retake the exam and grade other users submission another time. I reached out to the support who didn't provide any solution. Coursera does nothing against this kind of stupid and dishonest practices. It lost all credibility to me.

I was expecting the course to be having more advance excel features for data analysis and some troubleshooting. The course was pretty basic for someone who has not seen MS Excel in their entire life which I highly doubt exists as office is an application that's installed in almost all computers who use microsoft.

No funcionan las partes prácticas de Excel. Un timo, un engañabobos. Una pérdida de tiempo y de dinero, lo reporté y no se arregla nada. Y te cobran igual. Le doy una estrella para poder enviar la calificación, pero obviamente se merece 0 estrellas. Lamentable.

Unable to download or upload the material for Option 1 or Option 2 for graded exercise under Excel Basics Data Analysis Course # 2. This is extremely frustrating and should not affect my certificate completion.

Was all good until I got charged £37 for using their 7 day free trial. This course has no obvious way to cancel the subscription, and no way to request refunds - coursera clearly knows what they are doing.

so now we are at the mercy of others !!!! we need to wait until someone review our work to complete the course .

this is ridiculous . I need this certificate why should i wait ?????

Je n'ai pas apprécié ce cours - Trop de module avec des dialogues - Les exercices non pertinents - les examens avec vérification par votre IA n'est pas au point.

Wasted an hour on trying to figure out how to submit assignment after checking and double checking did all teh readings. I'm starting to hate Coursera

People need to know that they to complete some reviews of peers' assignments before to receive your own review

You have to wait days for a review to get Certificate! Please consider before you starting with this course!

I already completed 92% course but certificate is not provided otherwise the platform is useful
