This Leadership & Strategy Specialization helps learners develop practical skills in team management, workplace behavior, creativity, strategic planning, and competitive analysis.
Across six courses, learners explore leadership styles, emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution, creativity in teams, organizational innovation, and managerial effectiveness. The Specialization also covers essential strategic management concepts, including strategic intent, business-level strategy, corporate strategy, global expansion, and strategy execution.
Learners will gain hands-on knowledge of widely used business frameworks such as SWOT, PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, VRIO, value chain analysis, McKinsey 7S, and balanced scorecard. By combining people-focused leadership with analytical strategy tools, this Specialization prepares learners to make better decisions, improve team performance, evaluate competitive opportunities, and contribute to long-term organizational success in modern business environments.
