Today’s managers are expected to lead teams through constant change, workplace conflict, stress, and uncertainty—while maintaining trust, productivity, and morale. In this course, you will develop the leadership capabilities required to guide teams confidently through transitions, resolve conflicts constructively, manage emotionally difficult situations, and build resilient, psychologically safe work environments.
