Start by going to the Admin page for Google Analytics. You must sign in to your Google account first. 

2. Click on ‘Create Account.’

Once on the Admin page, look in the Account column for the option "Create Account." Click on it. 

3. Provide an account name and configure your data-sharing settings. 

After you click Create Account, provide an account name. You'll also want to decide what data you want to share with Google by configuring your data-sharing settings. 

4. Click ‘Next’ and begin adding properties to the account. 

Once you've filled in that information, click on Next. You can then start adding properties to the account.
