Even though I haven't studied anything relating to data science before, I find this course not too difficult to understand. It gives us insights into the future of AI applications in People Management. It may not specifically show how to build a machine learning algorithm for HR, but you definitely can see the big picture about its effects, the benefits and challenges. The quiz also requires your understanding about what you've learned from the course. Highly recommended.
