The first course in this module badly needs some tightening up. While I enjoyed the real-world examples of companies, there was a bit much of it and it circled around the points. Each topic needs to end by highlighting the point and driving it home - the "Strategist's Challenge" was a particularly poignant example - the "three questions" were not really highlighted at all, just inserted though a ton of company examples, and it's never stated "here are the three things you need to consider: Values, opportunities, and capabilities." Yes, it's mentioned but in a very roundabout fashion.
Well presented, slightly better than my MBA Strategy course I took a few years ago, but covering a lot of the same ground so I didn't learn much new. The biggest problem with this course is that it does not belong in the Digital Strategy specialization. Please make your specializations more focused and don't shove in marginally relevant courses.
Great information. Needs more written materia and sources for all the slides made in the video.
