I used the 7 day free trial to complete this course, I put in every second I had and at the end you tell me I can't get my certificate. That is bullshit, on top of that the course is based on a old version of Microsoft.

The honours module for Word is absolutely rubbish. Creating a document in desktop and then submitting it for it to be viewed by users in the cut down web version does not work.

Tests have incorrect materials compared to what is taught, also information is out of date and course cannot be correctly completed with free version of word as claimed

I am not receiving the assignment as I haven't upgraded to the paid version but I should be given the certification as I completed the whole course.

I was looking for something more in depth......this was cursory at best. Waste of money.

After all that work, my name was not on the completed certificate :(

You may have to purchase Office 365 cause MS only does a trial.

I can't close this download and remove it from my computer!
