I learned so many terms and enjoyed this course !

This was a great course with very detailed materials that covered key concepts thoroughly. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, making it accessible even for beginners (like me). The structure of the course also was well-organized. However, there was an issue with earning the certificate. Even though the course says it has "Shareable Certificate" sign, but in my case it only appears under "Other Completed Courses" in the Accomplishments tab, and no actual certificate is provided. This can be frustrating for learners expecting proof of completion. Overall, the course itself is excellent, but Coursera should address this certificate issue to ensure learners receive proper recognition for their efforts.

This course is broken and does not allow for a certificate to be earned after it is completed in audit mode.

As someone who had experience with process improvement, taking this course was still challenging but very enjoyable as it did go more into depth of the overall operation and process management background than I was familiar with. I am looking forward to using the knowledge I have gained in this course to help me progress in my career. I highly recommend anyone who is debating on taking this course to go ahead and take it. Overall, the value from this paper is excellent. Considering it's free, it's a no brainer to partcipate. The pacing and explananitons make it easy to follow and keep up with. I defintely walked away from completing this with skills and knowledge I can implement into my role as a Production Manager instantly, as well as gaining knowledge I can share amongst my team.

This is an excellent course for people who work in the field of Business Analysis. It has a very practical focus and covers a very good way to attack any sort of Process Improvement initiative. There is significant repetition of the ideas through the course, which really helps to cement the content. There are also lots of good examples, to help flesh out the ideas.

I found this course provided a great overview of operations and process management tools and techniques. The course goes into the right amount of detail needed to drive the concepts home, without being so detailed and specific that you feel some things might not be relevant to you. Thank you!
