This course did a wonderful job of pairing videos with discussion. We ran this course as a cohort with a work group and the discussion prompts provided opportunities to really get vulnerable with one another, building on the concept of a growth mindset and creating accountability in our teams. Lisa is an engaging speaker and provides great examples with actionable items.
Excellent content and presentation. It was lucid and full of real-life examples. The persona and tools such as 3S, four step process, and 5 min pity party were very helpful.
The information felt very obvious and wasn't anything I didn't already know and some of the quiz questions were more subjective and aren't good indicators of having absorbed any of the information for practical application in a personal setting.

This was a very good course. It made me realise that there are many things that I've had a fixed mindset for, and it forced me to look at the parts of me that I was ignoring all this time.
