The course meets the legal requirement in some regions, such as California, for an additional one-hour training focused on leadership responsibilities in preventing workplace harassment.

As a leader, you have a key role in promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. In this course, you’ll learn about your specific responsibilities as a manager, how to identify and address concerns, and how to set a strong example for your team. The course features real-life scenarios, interactive activities, videos, and assessments to help you apply your learning in practical situations.
