This course is designed to introduce you to the requirements to attain the Entry Level Recruiter Professional Certificate, along with high-level information about the recruitment process and the value proposition of recruiting. Further, we will discuss the role of recruiting and what it takes to be a successful recruiter.

• Explain the requirements for attaining the Entry Level Recruiter Professional Certificate. • Illustrate the value created by the Recruiting function for both organizations and applicants throughout the recruiting process. • Discuss the role of Recruiting in terms of responsibilities and expectations for the Recruiter role's general function. • Evaluate your strengths and development opportunities as compared with the skills and competencies of a typical entry-level Recruiter.

This foundational module introduces you to the Entry Level Recruiter Professional Certificate program and the essential elements of recruitment. You'll understand the end-to-end recruitment process comprehensively, discover how effective recruiting creates value for both organizations and candidates, and establish a strong knowledge base throughout the certificate program.
