The content provided is very good and I love the tie-ins to real life scenarios. Some areas of improvement could be to provide more context on the format of the graded assessments before taking them, and also ensuring all topics on the assessments are covered in the course content. For example, there was an essay question that asked about change management techniques, but the course never mentioned anything about change management.

Feedback: This assignment was far more advanced than what was covered in the 2-hour lesson. It required integrating multiple VoC methods, analyzing diverse data streams, and translating insights into actionable plans—tasks that are challenging even for someone with extensive knowledge of customer experience management. Completing this assignment to a high standard would be difficult for most learners, highlighting the complexity and depth of the material.
