Add more practical stuff. Demonstrate Things in Real Time on Dummy projects.

i would like more hands-on exercises and examples using the Active Directory

A lot of great information, but it does lack a little bit of hands on stuff.

Very Essential & Basic Stuff for any IT Staff!! Very Highly Recommended!!!

I think, this course could add more of hands-on lab, especially in module 4

It was challenging with the Directory Service, rather boring to keep focus.

This was the most challenging but most rewarding module so far. I loved it!

I really like the real world essays at the end, very fun to problem solve.

I learned a lot in this course and hope to put it into good practice soon.

Coursera System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services are Superb.

Estuvo muy bueno pero tuve algunas dificultades tecnicas con los quiklabs

gets a little rough in week 4, and the labs seem to continually be busted

shorten the lessens that last 7 to 13 minutes long into smaller sessions.

course is very broad and gives general information rather than specifics.

I struggled with the labs quite a bit until I was able to figure it out.

Good instructional Method, good TLM's and precise Instructional material

One of the harder courses in my path but glad I was able to finish it!

Its an excellent course, It explained more about IT roles and duties.
