This course is beneficial to understand Valuation and Pricing in M&A. Although some valuation techniques need to be performed in Excel which this course doesn't go deeper into, the professor provide learners with all the principle and knowledge to execute it with practical example.

This course was a bit too technical for me, I defer such calculations to my CFO or accountants. Simple back-of-the-envelope calculations such as NPV were acceptable. I enjoyed the friendly & hostile takeover lessons.
