Having already paid the Coursera enrollment fee, I expect all necessary learning materials to be included without further financial barriers. Module Redundancy: The content in Module 1 felt very introductory and consists of information easily found in free online resources. To maintain a high academic standard, this module could be condensed or eliminated to make room for more advanced leadership theories. 2. Curriculum Focus & Secularism Theological vs. Academic Focus: Module 4 felt overly focused on religious perspectives. As this is an organizational leadership course rather than a theology or religious studies program, I found this direction inappropriate. I would suggest focusing more on the universal, secular applications of ancient wisdom rather than the religious context itself. Political Neutrality: I question the inclusion of political discourse within a course focused on organizational management. Maintaining a neutral, professional environment is essential for a diverse group of learners to focus on leadership skills rather than political leanings. 3. Instructional Design & Pedagogy Assessment Timing: I noticed several instances where quiz questions appeared before the relevant material had been taught. For a logical learning journey, assessments should strictly follow the delivery of the content to ensure fair and effective testing of knowledge.

The material is interesting, but the quality of the course is so bad that I have unenrolled.

The audio is terrible.

The course was interesting and had a few good takeaways, but there was a whole section that quizzed you about the Mahabharata and its various characters, which is tough for those unfamiliar with the story and it's ridiculous to lose points over a story versus leadership skills in real life. Also, the audio was inconsistent throughout the entire course since no one bothered to check it or fix the microphone issue, so you had to keep turning the volume up to even hear the presenter. Finally, the final paper is a peer-reviewed assignment where most peers do not follow the written instructions regarding length and content and mark you down if you do follow the instructions. Overall, give this a pass - it's not worth the straining to hear, the confusing week spent on an epic story, and the poor grades from rude peers.

Instructor has very heavy accent and was difficult to understand, and the audio kept breaking up, so finally I just read the transcripts instead. Some content helpful, but the examples are heavily oriented towards ethnic men. I live in a world of multi-tasking, but the explanation and examples in this were very confusing.

This is just a bunch of umbo jubo self awareness crap , don't waste your money on this one. Maybe a good class if not listed as Leadership

Leadership Skills Course should not include Religion & Politics.
