Very good, I'm so excited to continue growing in this field. The course is defined into the 4 modules, each of them included many topics and resource to complete every assignment those bunch of staff give you previous knowledge and solid formation to face up comings.

surprisingly better than expected. Basic information, but covered a wide variety of topics that are applicable to the industry now.

Course is a bit outdated (2023) and should be adjusted to the latest trend of August 2025 i.e. computer specs, Windows 11, etc.

I thought it was a little strange that we started with A.I. first but it is a popular subject right now in the computer world.

To basic, almost follows the google IT Cert path would like to see more up to date learning resources.

There were some useful informations about a network setup but mostly it is just an add for microsoft products. Everything is just an info dump delivered in a very monotone and boring way. There are no exercises where you can use and learn practical skills. In theory there are some assigments that look like they will involve actual use of practical skills, but in reality they are just reading excersises with quiz at the end and nothing more.

There is too much advertisement on Microsoft softwares and doesn't cover the vary basics of computers in depth. I rather prefer the Google IT support course as it explains how computers are made, all their parts, how to assemble them, and so on... I would expect something like this for this course 1 as well.

un favor donde puedo dar ese examen y con que nombre porque pongo introduction to computers y no me sale nada del examen y asi poder sacar mi certificado o con que nombre busco

lost my final exam and am not happy as everything was completed over 80%, why did you taker it away while someone was working on it??
