A good course for beginners, with everything covered from scratch, in a simple and precise language which makes concepts easy to understand and remember. Thanks Coursera!

I was looking about the application of Design thinking in the Business Analysis world. I drop the course because it didn´t tackle what I was looking for.

Content to be further developped, the course stays rather general, in the surface, and does not well dwell enough into the topic in my opinion

Took the final quiz many times but the feedback I keep getting is inconsistent. The same answers that I previously got correct are indicated as incorrect in the succeeding attempts I make. There is something wrong somewhere here, but not me. Sorry. This makes the entire course useless.
