This is the third course in the Google People Management Essentials specialization. This course dives into the heart of great management: developing your people. Drawing from Google's research on the behaviors of their best managers, learners will build critical skills around coaching and giving feedback. You will learn and practice effective coaching techniques and apply powerful feedback frameworks like the Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI) model.
