The videos were often not nearly illustrative enough. If I were not already intimately familiar with the Google Workspace platform, I would have found it significantly more challenging to follow.

The course information is out-of-date. On the test, you are making students attempt to discern the least incorrect answer.

Some of the options didn't work exactly the same on a non-business Gmail account, but I still learned a few things.

Since these are technical courses, they do not need more Powerpoint Explanations but rather full demo. I would honestly say that some Youtube tutorials have a stronghold in doing demos. I like the course because it presents a better real world business cases for in the course and assignments. I learned new things and highly reccomend for people with intermediate skills.

The course does not keep up with the changes in the Google Cloud, so many of the assignments are no longer accurate. It causes long delays as the student troubleshoots.

The course provides basic information that may help improve ones productivity but whose certificate doesn't provide solid credentials for job application

The course is outdated, because the interface has changed, learning has become more difficult.
