Only directed to business situations. Probably great for managers. Some of the ideas I'm sure could work in personal situations as well but hard to know exactly how or which ones.

I really enjoyed this training. It gives you a theory combined with exercises and provides you with tips on how to apply this in practice, accompanied with documents to track your progress.
